Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource

Short sales and foreclosures do not dominate the triangle market.  Statistically, distressed sales are only a small percentage of home sales.  However, they are much more common now than just a couple years ago.  Banks are getting better at the process and buyers are eager to cash in on this opportunity.

 

In order to best serve my clients and their need for information and resources to facilitate in distressed property transactions, I have earned the SFR designation.  Understanding and navigating the short sale or foreclosure is vital in our economy.

 

This segment of our market is the most unpredictable and risky of ventures.  Whether you are a seasoned investor, first time buyer or just a bargain shopper, I am prepared to help you with the resources and information you need to have a successful distressed property sale or purchase.
